Upon arrival at Ulaanbaatar Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Check in at the hotel in Ulaanbaatar is at 1400hrs. (Early check-in is subject to availability).
Ulaanbaatar is the capital of Mongolia. It’s in the Tuul River valley, bordering the Bogd Khan Uul National Park. Originally a nomadic Buddhist center, it became a permanent site in the 18th century. Soviet control in the 20th century led to a religious purge. Soviet-era buildings, museums within surviving monasteries, and a vibrant conjunction of traditional and 21st-century lifestyles typify the modern city.
Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore this vibrant city on your own.

This morning we will explore the beautiful city of Mongolia. We will visit Gandan Monastery, Chinggis square, National history museum, Zaisan memorial, Buddha park and Bogd Khan Palace museum. You will be dropped back to the hotel in the evening once the tour is completed.

This morning we will begin our journey to Baga Gazriin Chuluu which when translated means small rock formations. It is located in Delgertsogt sum, Dundgovi province and surrounded by plain. The highest one is 15 km long and 10 km wide granite stone-mountain elevated at 1768m above sea level. There are also over 20 kinds of medical herbs like burnet, many kinds of world rare animals like marmot, ibex and mountain sheep.. Later we will proceed for a visit of old temple ruins located by the formation and explore the area.

After checking out of the hotel, we will board the vehicle and head towards Tsagaan Suvarga, enroute we will visit the ruins of Sum Khukh Burd Temple. Later we will continue our drive to Tsagaan Suvarga, a fascinating white limestone cliff which resembles a Stupa. It may even remind you of the ancient ruins of Petra.

Today after we check out, we will continue our journey towards Yol Valley. We will discover the Three Beauties of Gobi mountain range. We also visit to the excursion of Yol Valley where you can enjoy hiking and stunning photographic opportunities.

This morning after breakfast, we will drive to Khongor Sand Dunes also known as the Singing Dunes. After settling at the camp, we will have visit to nomadic camp- breeding family and experience the hospitality of Mongolian nomads. Here you will also enjoy the sand dunes experience by sitting upon the backs of two humped camel. A climb up to the sand dunes will be rewarded with breathtaking views.
Later in the evening you will have an opportunity to observe a spectacular sunset, please prepare your cameras.

Today we will driver to the world famous Flaming Cliffs (Bayanzag), rich in saxaul trees of Gobi. Here we will explore the site of the first paleontological discoveries in Mongolia which immortalized the name of Roy Chapman Andrews, (January 26, 1884 – March 11, 1960) who was an American explorer, adventurer and a naturalist. This plain has many sedimentary sand cliffs where many dinosaurs’ fossils have been found. In 1922, the palaeontologist Roy Chapman Andrews was the first to discover dinosaurs’ bones and eggs

This morning after the breakfast, we drive north and visit the ruins of the great Ongi Monastery, one of the three olden major Monastic centers of Mongolia. It is the collective name for the ruins of two monasteries that face each other across the Ongi River in Saikhan-Ovoo district of Dundgovi Province, in south-central Mongolia.
Later we will visit the ancient monastery grounds and visit the site undergoing a slow rebuilding process.

Early morning after having breakfast, we will drive to Kharkhorin, which was once the capital of the 13th century Great Mongol Empire. We will visit the Kharkhorin museum housing artifacts dateable to even the Turkish period (VII century). Then we will also have a visit to Erdene-Zuu Monastery, the first and the largest monastery in Mongolia built on the ruins of the ancient capital. We will have the entire tour of the monastery and visit several temples with excellent examples of Buddhist Thangka paintings and statues dating back to the 17th century.

This morning after breakfast, we head towards Ulaanbaatar. Enroute we will have local lunch along the way and you will be transferred to your Hotel in Ulaanbaatar. Later the day is free at leisure or else you can enjoy the optional half day tour of folk arts concert at an additional expense.
