The tour then continues to Toompea Castle Hill, where you will see the Parliament Building and the stunning Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. In the morning, you will check out from your hotel and travel to Rovaniemi, the enchanting capital of Finnish Lapland and the official hometown of Santa Claus. Today you will embark on a half-day tour to the Arctic Circle and Santa Claus Village, one of Finland’s most beloved attractions. During this five-hour experience, you will officially cross the Arctic Circle, enjoy time at the Santa Claus Village theme park, meet Santa himself, and take part in memorable reindeer and husky experiences. The village also offers charming souvenir shops, ice sculptures, and other festive activities that capture the magic of Lapland. Later in the evening, you will join a Northern Lights excursion. You may either experience the auroras on a guided bus tour or opt for a more immersive outing that includes a traditional BBQ under the Arctic sky. Today is free for you to relax or explore Rovaniemi on your own. After breakfast, you will check out and travel to Kakslauttanen, a beautiful wilderness area known for its glass igloos and serene Arctic landscapes. You may take a bus transfer (departing at 11:25 hrs and arriving at 14:35 hrs), or opt for a private transfer. Upon arrival, you will settle into your accommodation and prepare for a magical evening of Aurora hunting. Several unique experiences are available: you may join an exhilarating snowmobile safari under the night sky (requiring a valid driving license), enjoy a peaceful Aurora hunt in a reindeer-drawn sleigh, or embark on a thrilling husky safari that includes a wilderness lunch.
