This tour takes you on a journey through the historical and cultural wonders of Ahmedabad, and Bhuj. Immerse yourself in the vibrant markets, stunning monuments, and rich heritage of Ahmedabad. Also, explore the enchanting town of Bhuj, known for its art, crafts, and the little Rann of Kutch.
Upon arriving at Ahmedabad in the morning you will be made to proceed towards the mystical land of Little Rann of Kutch. Little Rann of Kutch is a unique salt marsh with endless possibilities for exploration and most remarkable and memorable landscapes. On reaching check into desert resort and later during dusk, set out for a cross-desert safari, one of the most thrilling experiences you would ever get to pick. During the safari, you could easily spot herds of wild asses, desert foxes, blue bulls, jackals, wolves, blackbucks swishing past you. If time persists you will be made to visit the home for RABARI and BANJARA which are considered to be two of the most vital tribes in the region.
Back to resort for dinner and night stay.
Your day will commence with a visit to BHUJ, which is located at a distance of 6 hours. After covering a road journey you will be taken to the following places – AINA MAHAL MUSEUM – which is an opulent 18th-century palace and museum which is adorned with glittering glasswork; PRAGMAHAL MUSEUM – a pristine palace located right next to Aina Mahal; BHARATIYA SANSKRITI DARSHAN MUSEUM and cenotaphs of Royal family.
Overnight stay at Bhuj
Early in the morning, you will be made to proceed towards HODKA VILLAGE, where upon arrival you will be made to live in the local BHUNGAS (TRADITIONAL MUD HOUSES) which is a great way of promoting eco-tourism in the state. You will then be made to proceed towards your booked resort at Hodka where you will be served with delicious traditional cuisines which will be accompanied by folk music and dance performances, bonfire nights.
Today you will be made to explore the quaint hamlet of Banni and Pachcham regions which represents the traditional life of Gujarat. This village is located on the edge of the state of Gujarat. You will also be made to visit DHORDO VILLAGE, LUDIYA VILLAGE, BHIRANDIARA AND KHAVDA VILLAGE. KALO DUNGAR will be your next destination of interest which is the highest point in little Rann of Kutch, DATTATREYA TEMPLE will be your final destination here. After witnessing a sunset from here you will be made to return to your pre-booked resort where you will be staying overnight.
You will be made to proceed towards the coastal town of Mandvi. You will also be made to visit the famous VIJAY VILLAS PALACE – one of the most elaborately adorned summer royal retreat. After spending a leisurely day you will be made to head back to your hotel in Mandvi for an overnight stay.
Your entire day will be free for you to perform your activities and interests like paying a visit to a UNIQUE ORGANIC FARM; 72 JAIN TEMPLE COMPLEX – one of the holiest Jain centres of pilgrimage; SHIPPING YARD – where you can visit the men at work. Finally, you will be able to relax at the BEACH and leisure your time away before heading back to your hotel.
Early in the morning, you will be made to proceed towards Ahmedabad which is located at a distance of 7 hours and transfer to Airport/Railway station for your onward journey
