Check in to hotel and rest of the day at leisure or you have an option to visit nearby tourist places of Agartala city like STATE MUSEUM IN CHOWMOHANI, situated in the heart of the city and you can also visit around 2 Km long beautiful UJJAYANTA PALACE – This palace is a best example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. The palace is set with huge Mughal style gardens and lake. You can also visit the beautiful temples of Agartala like FOURTEEN GODDESS TEMPLE, JAGANNATH TEMPLE, and LAXMI NARAYAN TEMPLE etc. In the evening explore the local market of Agartala, later return back to hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from Agartala hotel and leave for JAMPUI HILLS. Jampui is about 3000 ft ASL and is a beautiful hill station in Tripura. The road towards Jampui is very charming tea and coffee plantations all around. You will also come across endless fields of pineapples and rubber plants. There are small villages of the Riyand tribe on your way.
Afternoon reached at Jampui Hills, check in to hotel, after refresh visit to hot springs and enjoy the panoramic view of the sunset from the Jampui Hills. Jampui Hills is a wonderful sight for the tourists for taking wonderful view of the sunset and the sunrise. Various view points in the hills offers excellent views of the valley and villages of Mizoram. You will visit the village of the LUSAI TRIBES and get to know about their lifestyle. Later come back to your hotel of Jampui for night stay.
After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive back to Agartala. Upon arrival, check in to hotel. After refresh and lunch proceed to visit KAMLASAGAR LAKE – is an artificial lake in Tripura, situated around 40 Km from Agartala. This lake is a popular tourist and picnic spot in this region. Also visit to KASBESWARI KALI TEMPLE situated just beside the Bangladesh border. Later return to hotel for an overnight stay.
Post breakfast, we will take you to NEERMAHAL (Water Palace) Neermahal is a former royal palace, situated in the Melaghar. This palace is situated in the middle of beautiful RUDRASAGAR LAKE. After Neermahal, also visit to TRIPURA SUNDARI TEMPLE (Also known as MATABARI) is situated in the ancient UDAIPUR (Tripura), have Darshan in the temple, later return to Agartala for overnight stay.
Have breakfast and then hit the road to DUMBOOR LAKE. Upon arrival visit to Dumboor Lake – It is located about 110 km from Agartala, it is a popular picnic spot. Boating facility are also available here. You can enjoy mesmerizing view of hills and birds watching around the lake. In the evening return to hotel of Agartala for night stay.
After morning breakfast enjoy shopping at Agartala local market. Later transfer to the airport to board the flight for your onward destination.
