AKSHARDHAM TEMPLE: A visit to this monument is a journey though the gateway to the essence of ancient India and the best of Hindu culture and Vedic civilization. Combining several completely different and contrasting architectural styles of Hindu temple architecture of northern India – Rajasthani, Orissan, Gujarati, Mughal and Jain, this Monument to World Peace has 234 ornate pillars, 20,000 statues, 9 ornate domes, 20 quadrangle shikhars, spectacular Gajendra Pith (plinth of 148 stone elephants featuring stories and legends of elephants with nature, man and God) and many arches.

HAZRAT NIZAMUDDIN DARGAH is one of the most serene and peaceful places in Delhi. Nizamuddin Dargah is one of the finest pieces of architectural design in the Indian capital with verandas, arched gateways and domed roofs.

Besides the dargah of Saint Nizamuddin Auliya, one can find the tombs of poet Amir Khusro, Mughal princess Inayat Khan and Jehan Ara Begum as well.

The Fort can more accurately be described as a walled palatial city.

After visiting the Agra Fort, you’ll visit the TAJ MAHAL (UNESCO World Heritage Site) at sunset, a symbol of eternal love that stands on the southern bank of the Yamuna River. It was built by the fifth Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan, in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who died in the 16th century. Its solar devices can measure the day’s progression with an error of just 2 seconds, making it an astronomical treasure that can still accurately make predictions today. Next, you’ll visit HAWA MAHAL (“Palace of the Winds”), a five-storied facade made of pink sandstone.
